After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail from our Beqooni Care Service with all the necessary information about your package ordered from In the mail you will find a tracking link, with which you can follow your package live.

Control of my shipment

Our shipping partner DHL always sends you a package notice email shortly before the order arrives. For example, you can choose a requested neighbor or storage location via the link in it. You can also change the delivery day if you should not be home on the day of the delivery.

Shipment status is not updated

If your shipment tracking does not update after 3 business days, please contact your Beqooni-Care customer service at We will contact our shipping partner DHL in order to clarify the problem.

Undeliverable packages:

Undeliverable packages: If you are not present at a DHL delivery in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, you will receive a notification card from DHL. From this you derive, at which post office you can pick up your package. The shipment can usually be picked up the following day. You have the possibility to pick up your shipment within 7 working days before it is returned to us. In this case, please contact our customer service. This will give you then all further information.

Package does not arrive:

If your ordered item is not delivered in the above shipping time, check the shipment number as a first step. There you will find information about your program. If a send status has not been updated for more than 2 days, please contact our Beqooni-Care customer service at

Packing station:

Because the size of the cartons does not fit into a DHL Packing station, delivery in packing stations is only possible with accessory items.

Taxes and Customs

For orders from abroad the taxes shown in the shop apply. When exporting the goods purchased from us from the EU, we will refund you the paid VAT for a fee of 15 €. These will be deducted from the amount of VAT payable. Please send us the stamped customs invoice to
